Kids Games
Join our kids' Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes at Art Of Ground Games every Sunday! We make it fun for kids to learn Jiu-Jitsu, helping them get stronger, make friends, and listen better. Our classes are safe, supportive, and perfect for all young beginners. Come see your child have fun and learn something new!
Our groups:
Ages 3-6
In the 3-6 year-olds group, children do most of the exercises with an adult. During the class, they also perform movements on their own and sometimes play games with all participants. In this group, the focus is on the interaction between the adult and the child, as well as practicing jiu-jitsu in a playful manner. Sport-specific techniques are introduced with varying themes, taking into account the age level.
Ages 6-9
In the 6-9 year-olds group, participants train together without a parent. The training includes a variety of jiu-jitsu techniques, practiced in a way that is suitable for children. We build a positive team spirit based on encouragement and respectful behavior towards others.
