Absolutely! You don't need to be in "peak condition" to start. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic way to improve your fitness, and the training is designed to let you progress at your own pace.
To start as beginner or in No-GI classes, you only need comfortable indoor sportswear (t-shirt and shorts/sweatpants without zippers or buttons) and a water bottle. Dental guards are highly recommended. For BJJ with GI, you will need a BJJ Gi (uniform).
No problem. Life happens! If you miss a class, just join the next one. We review techniques regularly, so you won't get left behind.
Yes. Safety is our priority. All training is supervised, and we teach everyone from day one to respect their partners and to "tap out" early to prevent injuries.
